Recettes

(1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken),(1 cup seedless grapes),(1/4 cup plain yogurt),(2 tablespoons dijon mustard),(apple cider vinegar),(1 large head escarole, torn n2 bite size),(1/2 cup of toasted walnuts chopped)
(heat oven to 400 degrees. toss the chicken, grapes, sliced celery), (on a baking sheet. roast tossing once until the chicken is golden brown & cook through...),(remove from oven & let cool), (discard the thyme sprigs & shred the chicken into bite size pieces using 2 forks)
